Silk & Sterling began as a simple idea: that a good hat should be beautiful, well made and worn for years, not just a season. There was no big plan and no big team. Just a love of classic style and the belief that we could do it ourselves.

Silk & Sterling is a business created and built by women. Every collection we choose, every product we list and every order we send out is looked after by us. We built this from the ground up, one step at a time, and we are proud of every part of it.
